We specialise in mobile art events for all ages, bringing everything needed directly to your chosen location. Enjoy creative experiences like paint & sip at your own home, park, community hall, restaurant or other.

We cater for kids and adults; and there is no experience required. Amateurs welcome! Birthday parties, hens, school events, corporate functions, or your choice of reason to bring people together.

Our Creative Options

Give us a call to discuss your event so we can tailor it to you, your guests, your location and creative style. All events include guiding artist, all materials, set up and pack up.

Kids Painting Party

Choose from our artworks or let's create an artwork of your favorite character for you to paint.

Time: Usually 2 hour activity including 2 x 15 mins breaks. Plus an additional 20 mins either side for set up / pack up.

Ages: 7 and older

Includes: all set up and pack up, all art materials provided, custom choice of artwork for the party to paint, individual canvas for each child, step by step guidance by talented artist, travel (within Sydney), and music.

Add ons: on theme decorations, chairs and tables.

Number of guests: Min 6, Max 30 (For larger groups, give us a call to discuss)

Cost: Depending on number of guests. Small parties (up to 10 kids) $45/child. More than 10? Quote will be provided.

Adult Paint and Sip

Go from 'I can't paint' to 'I painted that!'. A super fun activity for birthdays, corporate bonding, reunion, hens, your choice.

Time: Usually 2 hour activity with an additional 20 mins either side for set up / pack up.

Skill level: All levels. Amateurs encouraged (they'll be amazed!)

Includes: all set up and pack up, all art materials provided, custom choice of artwork for the party to paint, individual canvas for each participant, step by step guidance by talented artist, travel (within Sydney), and music.

Add ons: on theme decorations, chairs and tables.

Number of guests: Min 6, Max 30 (For larger groups, give us a call to discuss)

Cost: Depending on number of guests. Small parties (up to 10) $55/per person. More than 10? Quote will be provided.

Kids hat decorating

Let their style shine through on a wearable item. A no mess activity everyone loves.

Time: Usually 1.5 hour activity with an additional 20 mins either side for set up / pack up.

Ages: 5 and older

Includes: all set up and pack up, all art and craft materials provided, inspiration board, individual cap for each child, step by step guidance by talented instructor, travel (within Sydney), music (if required).

Add ons: on theme decorations, chairs and tables.

Number of guests: Min 10, Max 30 (For larger groups, give us a call to discuss)

Cost: Depending on number of guests. Small parties (up to 10 kids) $35/child. More than 10? Quote will be provided.

Monthly Paint, Sip and Flavour (Public event)

Every third Wednesday of the month at the BHIVE Beecroft. Food and wine included!

Time: Every third wednesday of the month, 6-8pm

Skill level: All levels. Amateurs encouraged (they'll be amazed!)

Includes: Guided painting class by talented artist, all painting materials and equipment provided, a canvas masterpiece painted by you to take home, a glass of wine and Chef’s selection of dishes to enjoy, free parking right outside the door.

Add ons: Additional food and beverage consumed on the night.

Number of guests: Min 3, Max 12 (For larger groups, give us a call to discuss a private event)

Cost: $90/person
